How to change the workspace currency
An Admin opens Settings → Workspace and picks the reporting currency from the list. Every price, cost and report in the workspace is then shown in that currency. Amounts are not converted; only the symbol and formatting change.
Each workspace has exactly one reporting currency, chosen when the workspace is created and changeable at any time.
Steps
- Open Settings and switch to the Workspace tab.
- Choose the Reporting currency.
- Save. The new symbol appears throughout the workspace immediately.
Only Admins can change it.
Available currencies
USD ($), EUR (€), GBP (£), BDT (৳), INR (₹), PKR (₨), AED, SAR, AUD (A$), CAD (C$), JPY (¥), NPR.
What it does not do
It does not convert existing numbers. A cost recorded as 50 stays 50 and is simply labelled with the new symbol. Set the currency once, at the start.
