What happens when your trial or plan ends

Nothing is locked and nothing is deleted. Your workspace keeps working, a banner says the plan has ended, and the renew page lets you pay by card — or by bKash in a BDT workspace — to continue. Your team can keep recording while you sort out payment.

Jogan deliberately has no lockout. A lapsed plan is a reminder, not a wall.

What you will see

  • A banner at the top of every page: "Your plan has ended. You can keep using Jogan, renew to continue on your plan."
  • A pop-up on first load with the same message and a link to Renew. You can dismiss it.
  • Settings → Subscription shows the plan and its expiry date.

What still works

Everything. Items, stock, recipes, production, sales, reports, team. Your data is exactly where it was.

What to do

Open the renew page from the banner and pay by card. The plan activates as soon as the payment clears. In a BDT workspace you can instead send the amount to the bKash number listed and file a renewal request, and a platform admin activates the plan, usually the same day. Or pick a different plan first and pay for that one instead. See How to renew or change your plan.

Trials renew at the plan's price

A lapsed trial of Growth renews as a paid Growth plan at its listed price, not at zero. You choose whether to continue monthly or yearly, and the renew page shows the amount due.

Not planning to continue?

Nothing further is needed. If you would like the workspace removed, message us through the chat and we will do it.

Did this not answer it? Use the chat bubble in the corner and a person will reply. If you are inside your workspace, the book icon in the top bar opens a short guide for the page you are on.
