How the free trial works
Every new workspace gets a 30-day free trial of the plan it chose, with that plan's full features and caps, and no card. When the trial ends nothing is locked or deleted; you see a reminder and can continue on the same plan or switch to another.
The trial is the plan you chose, free for 30 days, with nothing to pay and no card to enter. It is meant to let you run Jogan on your real products before deciding.
Starting the trial
- If you picked a plan on the homepage before signing up, the trial of that plan starts the moment you verify your email.
- If you signed up without picking one, the first sign-in shows Choose your plan. An Admin picks one and clicks Start free trial.
Each workspace gets one free trial. Once a trial or a paid plan has ended, choosing a plan again means paying for it on the renew page; it does not start another trial.
No card, no payment details. See How to create your workspace.
What you get
The chosen plan exactly as paid customers have it: all features, that plan's monthly sales cap, team size and catalogue size. When the trial ends you can continue monthly or yearly. See Pricing and plans.
Length
30 days on the standard plans, whether you pay monthly or yearly. The exact expiry date is under Settings → Subscription.
When it ends
Your workspace keeps working and your data stays. A banner appears saying your plan has ended, with a link to the renew page, where you pay the plan's real price — by card, or by bKash in a BDT workspace — and continue on the same plan, or pick a different plan. See What happens when your plan ends and How to renew or change your plan.
Can I switch plan during the trial?
Yes. On Settings → Subscription, choose another plan and continue with it; on the standard plans you pay for it by card — or by bKash in a BDT workspace — and the new plan starts right away.
