Where to find help inside the app

In your workspace, the book icon in the top bar opens a short guide for the page you are on and a button to replay the guided tour. The chat bubble in the corner reaches a person. Small question-mark icons next to fields explain them.

Jogan tries to explain itself where you are, so you rarely need to leave the screen.

The guided tour

On your first sign-in a tour highlights each item in the sidebar and says in one line what it is for: Dashboard, Items, Recipes, Production, Sales, Reports, Stock, Batches and Settings. You can skip it and replay it later.

Page guides (the book icon)

Click the book icon in the top bar on any page. A panel opens with three or four short points about that page: what the numbers mean, what the buttons do and what to watch for. At the bottom are Take a guided tour and Open the help center, which brings you here.

Field hints

A small ? next to a field opens a one-sentence explanation. You will see them on the sales form, stock movement form and settings.

Chat with a person

The chat bubble in the corner of every page (including this help center) opens a conversation with Jogan support. If you are signed in, we already know which workspace you are writing from.

This help center

Search from the help center home, or browse by category. Every article opens with the direct answer, then the steps. Articles are also available as plain Markdown by adding .md to the address, which is handy for pasting into a message.

Did this not answer it? Use the chat bubble in the corner and a person will reply. If you are inside your workspace, the book icon in the top bar opens a short guide for the page you are on.
